Raccoon with 4 Hearts

Raccoon with 4 Hearts is a 22" hand-sewn and embroidered stuffed original doll. Made from recycled cottons, Merino wool felt, grosgrain ribbons and recycled moire taffeta. 

Tribal designs are embroidered with heavy rayon and cotton embroidery on legs, arms, torso and head. Tiny red and white buttons and 4 silver hearts are sewn to the body.

Vintage buffalo nickel buttons anchor the arms to the pieced and embellished body. Hand embroidery and trims decorate the torso. 

Vintage coat buttons are used for the Raccoon’s eyes. The Raccoon ears a neckpiece of  bamboo coral roundels and batiked African bone beads.
