Big black Moire taffeta top hat with rhinstone crosses, angel wings, silver goggles, lace, ostrich feathers and custom dyed silk velvet.

The luscious silk velvet edging is banded by heavy deep maroon gimp braid. It's topped off with 2 1/2 yards of sparkly, dotted netting tied around and cascading behind.
