Tuxedo Cat Goes Fishing in the Vallecitos River

Tuxedo Cat sizes up his approach in the upper section of the Vallecitos River. It's spring in the Carson National Forest so he plucks a mayfly patterned hand tied fly from his linen fly flishing vest. He carries a bucket, a fly fishing rod and a fishing stringer. 

19" tall, Tuxedo Cat is made from vintage moire taffeta and black velvet. Details of his head are merino wool and pearl cotton. He has safety eyes. Hi arms are attached with pearl buttons. 

His polka dot bow tie adds a touch of class to his outfit. His vest is autumn gold rustic linen buttoned with a pearl button. A choice of hand tyed flies cover his right shoulder. 

Gold felt wading shoes are tied with enamel rainbow trout.
