Mr. Badger makes his home in the Wild Wood in the 1908 book "Wind in the Willows" by Kenneth Grahame. Fiercely protective of his friends Ratty and Mole, the three animals come to the reluctant rescue of Mr. Toad as his obsession with destroying motorcars lands him in chains in Town Prison.
Mr. Badger is made from vintage black velvet and Merino wool. His face is hand embroidered and he has amber safety eyes. His wire rim reading glasses have ground glass lenses. His arms are attached with pearl buttons.
He relaxes in his library in a vintage floral velvet smoking jacket with custom quilted gold Lamé lapels and lining. HIs vest is lined with silk and closed with facted half round black buttons. A 1930's Lithuanian wach gear keeps time on his signapore copper watch chain along with the key to his pantry.
He wears milk chocolate linen trousers.
His satin brocade smoking cap sports an antique gold handmade tassel .
A snappy copper floral bowtie adds a dash of style.
He is 18" tall and comes with a clip to hang him on your wall or sit on your shelf.
